​NOMINATION PROCESS

Coordinator


• By nominating a person/family, the nominator agrees to hold the role of the Coordinator responsible for the gift exchange between the Family and the Project C.H.A.N.C.E.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to nominate someone for the "Angels of Hope Christmas Wish Program".

• All nominations must be made exclusively by emailing the following information to us at endchildabuse2day@yahoo.com: ​

    1. Your name and your contact information (phone number, email and mailing address).

    2. Your nominated family’s full last name, the first and last names of the adults and children in the

        family, and your family’s contact information (phone number, email and physical address).
     3. All names, ages and the gender of each of the children in your nominated family.
     4. Family’s wish list, including shirt size, pants size and shoe sizes for each member of the family, along

        with preferences of clothing and shoe colors, and three wish list items per child, such as toys, games,

        hygiene products, etc. (These are all required fields)
     5. How long you’ve known the family.
     6. Explanation of your relationship with the family.
     7.  Background of the family’s current situation.
     8. Explanation of why the family would benefit from this program.
     9. Explanation of why the family is deserving of this support for the holidays.
     10. You cannot nominate yourself, family relatives, or anyone in your household, 


• You may nominate no more than one household for the "Angels of Hope Christmas Wish Program" due to the extensive coordination involved in the gift exchange.

•  We ask that nominations be made by individuals only.​

• Nominators must provide identification as anonymous nominations will not be accepted. 

•  When you nominate a person/family, please be aware you may be contacted by multiple people willing to help meet the needs of the family nominated.

•  By nominating a family, you are agreeing to the Project C.H.A.N.C.E.'s Terms of Use, which give us the permission to share the family contact information with the Giver if you are unresponsive to communications.

• If Coordinator contacts Project C.H.A.N.C.E. saying the Giver has not responded to correspondence within 24-hours business days, Project C.H.A.N.C.E. will reach out directly to the Giver. If Giver does not respond to Project C.H.A.N.C.E. within 24-hous after the inquiry, then the need of the family will be open again on our website.

                                         "Angels of Hope Christmas Wish Program"

Project Chance - Creating Hope for Abused and Neglected Children Everywhere is dedicated to providing a Christmas to needy families who would otherwise not have one. The holiday season is often a time of joy, but for families struggling to make ends meet, it can be overwhelming and lonely. For many families, providing holiday gifts and a meal is simply impossible. You can make a family's Christmas wishes come true by giving gifts to a family in need. Giving to others in need is one of the most valuable lessons that we can teach our children. Adopting a family for Christmas or donating to your favorite charity is fun, rewarding and a great bonding experience for your family. We want children to be happy and to have some expectation of joy, especially around the Christmas Holiday, the season of giving from the heart.

Over the last five years, we have been able to provide food, clothing, and gifts to many families, resulting in over nearly 200 individuals having a brighter Christmas via our “Angels of Hope Christmas Wish Program”!


This year, we have selected a family of ten to be the beneficiaries of the our "Angels of Hope Christmas Wish Program". Our goal is to provide the mother and her 9 children with a food basket, warm winter clothing and a small toy for the younger children. This family has been impacted by domestic violence and we want to help provide them with a little holiday joy!

We are hoping to deliver gifts to the family no later than  Saturday, December 21st.
